 Orders Shipped Via USPS Priority Mail
Our goal is to ship all USPS Priority Mail orders within 14 days from the time you place your order.
From time-to-time back-ordered items from our suppliers may delay the shipping of your order. We will email you immediately when
we determine that your order will be delayed by a back-ordered item.

Diploma/Certificates
All diplomas/certificates we print for you are shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail and are not able to be tracked at this time.
Diplomas/certificates are usually mailed within two business days of the order being placed.
How We Calculate Our Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are calculated using the same process and rates UPS and the USPS do. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order
and the distance it is being shipped, plus any surcharges that UPS may apply: Residential Delivery Surcharge, Rural Delivery Surcharge, and the
variable UPS Fuel Surcharge.
We also add a small handling charge to each order to help cover our shipment preparation costs.
