Since we are producing personalized products just for you, your credit card is charged at the time your is placed.
Our credit card agreements with VISA, MasterCard, Amex, etc. permit us to do this as long as we ship your merchandise
within 30 days of the date you place your order.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the items ordered and the distance they are being shipped. Our
shipping system determines which transportation method will be the most economical for you.
APPAREL: We batch process our orders every day to our printing facility.
Please allow up to 3
weeks for delivery of your order.
Please allow a FULL 3 WEEKS for the delivery of your order BEFORE
you contact customer service. All orders will be sent via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (with Delivery Tracking and Confirmation).
DIPLOMAS: Diplomas are printed as soon as they are approved in our system.
We pack and ship diplomas as soon as possible after printing. Our goal is to have diplomas mailed within 48 hours of
approval. All diploma orders will be sent via US Postal Service.
We are happy to accept special orders for customized color schemes. However, in order to keep the prices for these special orders
reasonable, we ask that certain minimums be met:
A minimum of 18 apparel items (T-Shirts/Sweatshirts/Sweat Pants/Tank Tops/Baby Creepers/Bibs/or Toddler Tees)
any combination of styles, colors and sizes OR a minimum of 18 Hats.

sales are final. We do NOT provide refunds, credits or exchanges for any non-defective items.
We will be happy to replace any defective or incorrectly shipped items at our expense.
